Passover Pizza Recipe (Video)

This quick and easy Passover pizza is a great snack or lunch. Since it’s made in the microwave, it’s also a great recipe for kids to make alone or for college students to make in a dorm room.
Passover Pizza Ingredients
Please note: A reader has alerted us that the brands used on the video may not be Kosher for Passover. Check the label before you buy it. We have modified the ingredient list to include the words “Kosher for Passover.”
- Paper towel (1 sheet)
- Matzo (1 piece)
- Kosher for Passover Homemade or Jarred Pizza or Tomato Sauce (approx 1/4 c)
- Kosher for Passover Mozzarella or Pizza Cheese (approx 1/4 c)
Directions
- Place matzo on paper towel.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly on matzo.
- Spread cheese evenly on tomato sauce.
- Microwave until cheese is melted, approximately 30 seconds on high setting.

This pizza is not kosher for passover! The sauce and the cheese is not kosher for passover, even though, you put it on a matza. You can do it the same way but with kosher for passover ingredients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
