Passover French Toast

And you thought you couldn’t have French Toast for Passover…

Passover French Toast Ingredients:

  • A prepared Kosher for Passover cake
  • 1-2 beaten large eggs
  • Butter for the pan and topping
  • Kosher for Passover syrup and/or powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Slice cake into 1 inch slices.
  2. Dip cake slices into egg mixture.
  3. Melt the butter in frying pan and brown the cake on either side.
  4. Top with kosher for Passover syrup, butter or powdered sugar to taste.
