Passover French Toast

And you thought you couldn’t have French Toast for Passover…
Passover French Toast Ingredients:
- A prepared Kosher for Passover cake
- 1-2 beaten large eggs
- Butter for the pan and topping
- Kosher for Passover syrup and/or powdered sugar
Directions:
- Slice cake into 1 inch slices.
- Dip cake slices into egg mixture.
- Melt the butter in frying pan and brown the cake on either side.
- Top with kosher for Passover syrup, butter or powdered sugar to taste.
