The Classic Passover Breakfast
Matzo Brei Ingredients
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 4 matzos
- 4 egg whites
- Pinch onion powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Directions:
- In a large bowl, break up matzo into bite size pieces.
- Sprinkle water over matzo to moisten.
- Pour egg whites over matzo.
- Add seasonings to taste.
- Add oil to skillet and brown the mixture in the frying pan.
- Serve immediately.
