These Kosher for Passover rolls replace bread at the dinner table
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup oil
- 4 large beaten eggs
- 2 cups matzo meal
- 1 tbl spoon sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Directions for Passover Rolls
- Bring water to a boil and add oil.
- Add matzo meal, eggs, sugar and salt. Mix ingredients well.
- Place the mixture into a bowl and let sit in fridge until it hardens. Then mold into balls.
- Bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes.
